I had to make sure that my newborn was also seen by the best. We drive 40-50 minutes each way just to be seen by Dr. Mitra and the happy valley office and would not have it any other way.

• Rachel P Dr. Mitra is an amazing Pediatrician! He has taken great care of my children for the past 18 years. He is now my grandchild’s pediatrician! I have recommended him to many friends and they have all been happy with him and I see them recommending him on social media when someone is asking for a pediatrician recommendation. His bedside manner is unmatched, and he makes you feel like your kids are his only patient with such personalized care. My number one thing from day one using him was that he didn’t have that Dr. superiority complex. He never discounted my feelings, or talked down to me or discounted things I felt when it came to my children’s health. And as my kids grew into teenagers he could talk to them directly about health concerns but in a way where they listened and respected what he was saying because he had developed a relationship with them over the years. My older kids were sad when they aged out of his office. They felt like they lost a doctor and a friend.

I put all my trust in their opinion. I have never once left upset, discouraged or felt like I needed to get a second opinion. They have always come through. They listen. They investigate. They make you feel comfortable. Bottom line is they do care, you can feel it when they're with your child. They care about you as a parent as well. They know how scary it is to have a sick child, you feel more comfortable after seeing them. You will feel that your child is on the best path for recovery or getting the help they need.

My son is so afraid and avoidant about going to the doctor, but had some scary symptoms we couldn't ignore. She was so incredibly personable, easy to talk to, knowledgeable, just amazing. My son was even laughing and smiling while there. I think she got him really close to not being afraid anymore! She takes the time to sit and speak with us, making sure all concerns and questions are answered. Then she does the check ups and follows up with everything we went over. Absolutely love that! My daughter got sick suddenly on Friday and when she still wasn’t feeling well by Sunday morning, we went ahead and called and got in right away. She ultimately was diagnosed with flu. • jaden s Dr.Nemivant was my brother’s & I’s pediatrician growing up and now I get to take my 10 month old daughter to him. As a first time mom with lots of worries, he is straight forward and reassuring. I could not ask for a better pediatrician!! He calls back almost immediately every time I’ve had to leave a message. He is thorough and takes the time to answer my long list of questions. Not to mention how efficient the office is run, I’ve never had to wait in the lobby for more than 10-15 minutes which is nothing compared to other offices! Dr.Mitra is also amazing and we saw him several times growing up as well. I live far from both locations and they make it well worth the hour drive! I will forever be grateful for them!

After our first baby, we would ask everything & anything and never once did we feel embarrassed, rushed or scared to ask the most ridiculous questions (iykyk first time parents). My daughter adores him and she feels so comfortable which makes us so happy! He is patient and always makes us feel like we are doing the absolute most for our kids. I remember when we came in with our newborn son, he rushed into the room and said “No way! I saw you guys on the schedule and was so pumped to see the little guy!” He’s just an all around great doctor! The office has its busy hours so sometimes the wait is a little longer than normal but never crazy. The front desk ladies are so sweet and always helpful! We love Pediatrix and trust them all will our babies!

He listens & has given great referrals whenever we have needed them. He is very to the point, which I appreciate. The lady's at the front are always very sweet & professional. Scheduling is always easy. One time I had to make a same day appointment & they got me in 2 hours later. Great location & knowledgeable, caring & professional staff & Doctors.

They have special needs and he is so patient with them. We have been blessed. He is not ever allowed to retire!!!!!!

• Terri L Dr. Serbin was great! He was friendly, knowledgeable and not the kind of Doctor that didn't listen. We needed more shots than they set up and he double checked instead of arguing. He made sure that all shots needed for school were given. His nurses and check-in nurses were kind and sweet to my baby. He also set up referrals for an audiologist and opthalmologist for my little sweetie. We were in and out of the office within an hour. Such a positive experience 😊

Dr. Magalnick, we miss you! Dr. Castro, is very kind, professional, thorough with information, and cares for her patients. We've had an insurance/billing issue and they went above and beyond to help us figure that out and ultimately give us some help with the bill insurance refused. • Tasha I have been coming to this office for 15 years!! I have never had a bad experience everyone is always pleasant and helpful. The listen to my concerns and I trust the staff and doctors. Dr. Mitra is our constant Dr since the day my daughter was born! He sees my sons as well and my youngest has a bit more complicated medical history but every step of the way I have trusted him and not once has it gone wrong. He is very caring and always supportive of my choices and even when my husband passed he was extra caring during such a difficult time.

The front office staff WENT TO WORK finding a provider to see my daughter, getting the paperwork to me, verifying insurance, etc. We were seen within minutes and the appointment was efficient and quick! Absolute best doctors appointment I’ve ever experienced.

• Dora B I love Dr Nemivan. He is amazing! But some of the nurses there are not great! One came with a bunch of prefilled syringe with no labels on them and gave my child shots. I was very unhappy and when I asked her if she could please draw the medications in front of me she said that it wasn’t their protocol. I said well thats not best practice, medications are supposed to be drawn in front of the patient before administration or at least label the syringes!!!!! I want to report that nurse and would prefer never to have her administer shots my child again!
