Late Policy

Each Pediatrix patient should expect to be seen by their Doctor/Provider as close to their appointment time as possible. To help make this happen, Pediatrix has established a policy for patients who arrive late for their appointment.

CONSULTS & CIRCUMCISIONS: Anyone who is late will be rescheduled.

• WELL CHECK, IMMUNIZATION ONLY & RECHECK APPOINTMENTS: Anyone 10+ minutes late will be rescheduled.
• SICK APPOINTMENTS: These appointments will be kept, but anyone 10+ minutes late will be pushed to a later ‘open appointment’ slot- orto theend of the day. We cannot state how long the wait will be.

Pediatrix understands ‘things happen,’ but this policy has been created to be courteous to all our patients.

Cada paciente de Pediatrix debe esperar que su Doctor/Proveedor lo vea lo mas cerca de la hora de su cita possible. Para ayudar que esto suceda, Pediatrix a establecido una poliza para pacientes que lleguen tarde a su cita.

CONSULTAS Y CIRCUNCISIONES: Todo el que llegue tarde tendra que reprogramar su cita.

• CHEQUEO FISICO, VISITA DE VACUNA, Y CITAS DE SEGUIMIENTO: Todo el que llegue 10+ tarde tendra que reprogramar su cita.
• CITA POR ENFERMEDAD: Estas citas se mantendran, pero todo el que llegue 10+ minutos tarde sera movido a una ‘cita disponible’ mas tarde – o al final de dia. No Podemos decir que tan larga sea la espera.

Pediatrix comprende que ‘cosas suceden,’ pero esta poliza fue creada para ser cortes con todos nuestros pacientes.
